Carriage is in good condition visually. I put batteries in it and it did not move. Cleaned contacts, still no movement. No other investigation was done. Still bright and shiny. Minimal rust. Was made in Japan. It is missing a spacer the goes behind one wheel as you can compare the last 2 pictures.
